The following is a list of important yearly dates:

March 6th

Seasonal lot payments due in full, without exception, for the 2020 camping season

March 15th

Park opens for the 2020 season-spring camping rates in effect.

May 1st

Set-up for seasonal camping. No early set-up allowed for the 2020 season

May 1st

Reservations accepted for modern waterfront (wheeled camping units only), modern reserve tent section, group camping areas, cabins and yurts for the months of

MAY and JUNE ONLY, reservations begin at 10:00 AM; BY PHONE ONLY; IN PERSON RESERVATIONS BEGIN AT 1:00 P.M.

Reservations for Memorial Day will be a 3-night minimum.

May 6th

Reservations accepted for the months of JULY and AUGUST ONLY, reservations begin at 10:00 AM BY PHONE ONLY; IN PERSON RESERVATIONS BEGIN AT 1:00 P.M.

Reservations for 4thof July will be a 3-night minimum.

May 9th

*Boat dock day for registered seasonal campers only at 10:00 am SHARP behind the park office

**NOTE Dock installation will try and be completed by Memorial Day Weekend: (Weather permitting)

May 13th


May 25th

Memorial Day (Monday)

June 22nd

Seasonal Lots Available for Trade or Purchase

July 4th

Independence Day (Saturday)

July 24-26 1st Annual Christmas in July


Weekend hayrides, events, children’s crafts and other activities

September 7th

Labor Day (Monday)

September 15th

All boats removed and dock disassembly begins.(weather permitting)

October 21st 

Lottery held for the following year’s placement of seasonal campsites.

Old Orchard Park Store begins fall hours


Old Orchard Park Store closes for the season.

October 1st

Winter camping rates start

October 16-18 2nd Annual Halloween Site Decorating Contest; new addition for 2020 trick or treating around the campsites.

December 1st

Park closes for December, January, and February (winter months).
