SITES REMAINING AFTER MARCH 10TH, 2017 All unpaid lots will be displayed here beginning March 15th, 2017 and will be available for purchase on March 20th, 2017 at 10:00am and must be paid for in person(or by representative), in full at the Old Orchard Park Office at that time. No Lots will be sold over the phone. At 10:00am on March 20th in the Old Orchard Park Maintenance barn, there will be a lottery for any remaining sites. Numbered chips will be handed out to those wishing to have a Seasonal site. Matching numbered chips will be drawn from a bucket by park staff. As the numbers are drawn, the attendees with the matching numbers will have their pick from the remaining lots until all numbers are called or all available sites are sold, whichever happens first. Individuals, or couples representing one lot, shall receive one chip. If you cannot personally attend the drawing, a representative may attend for you and shall receive one chip on your behalf. NOTE: If you do not currently have a paid seasonal lot; you will have to wait until after the drawing to purchase a lot.
TRADES Seasonal campers currently in possession of a site may trade with each other, as long as both sites have been paid in full. Acknowledgement will be made by phone by both parties interested in trading before changes will take effect.
They may also trade for any lots left over from the drawing September 2016 if any are available, as long as they have paid for their current lot in full and it is the same price. If the left over lot costs more, then the appropriate amount shall also be required. If the lot costs less, then a refund of the unnecessary portion shall be awarded.
